Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer's requests. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. Should be willing o do up selling as well.
Take responsibility for the overall planning, building, and successful delivery of our internal portal (travel). Collaborate with the delivery manager, designers (both internal and external), and platform teams Review site designs, identify feature gaps & points of complexity and help customers scope for a successful project Identify patterns in custom projects in order to extract common components that can be reused or configured Guide your team in making the best short- and long-term decisions for your projects Mentor junior web developers in both technical and non-technical (e.g. prioritizing, asking good questions, getting unblocked, etc) areas Find, evaluate, hire, and manage contractors - both in-house and remote.

Share your strong opinions on what constitutes “good code” and “bad code”.
We work with PHP, Codeigniter, Web pack, Bootstrap; so experience with these technologies is great.
Experience building mail or messaging products, SEO optimization, microsites, SaaS products, social apps, or utilizing APIs of social sites is a huge plus.
Previous experience providing technical leadership or managing a small team is a plus.
Agency experience or familiarity with work on projects for multiple different stakeholders simultaneously is a plus.
