Customer can avail one round trip in a month in our all packages.
This plan is valid for 1 year and the customer can use his/her 10 tickets in 12 months only.
The customer has to book his travel prior 7 days, and PNR will be issued before 48 hours of travel.
There are no hidden charges. Prices are all inclusive of taxes and charges.
The customer can book the date of his/her choice and it is our duty to make you travel on your preferred date.
There is no option of time and carrier selection by the customer. We at alpfly.com aim to serve you with the best flights available on your preferred date, as we are operating with leading domestic airlines of the country.
We prefer to provide direct flight to the customer. If direct flight is unavailable at certain destinations with us, the flight with halt time will be provided.
As per availability, if the halt for a flight (for any destination) is more than 04 hours or with 2 stops, then 02 tickets will be charged from the respective plan for one way.

Online Payments are processed through an online payment gateway system for the following.
Credit Card - Customer can utilize the EMI options of the leading banks like HDFC, ICICI & Kotak Bank.
Bank Transfer – It can be done through NEFT / RTGS.
Cheque (Collection/Deposit/Courier) – Customer will be entitled to use the plan once the Cheque gets honoured.
**Collection charges for every cash/Cheque would be ₹ 150.
**Collection is applicable only in Delhi/NCR.

Alpfly Members have access to perform modifications and cancellation to their travel itinerary for which they had made a booking request till the ticket is not been issued by self, using your Alpfly member login on www.alpfly.com. You can yourself go ahead and perform any change in booking requests or cancellation of non-issued Tickets, on-line.
Once you have placed a booking request, then any amendment to the same would attract minimum processing charge. These charges would appear once you click on “Modify your Journey” which would cost you INR 499 only for any postponement in your travel date or “Cancel your Journey” which will cost you INR 999 only from “View Ticket” page. Using these Tabs, you will be able to amend or cancel your booked requests till the ticket is not been issued.
If an Airline fare rules states that the issued ticket is non-changeable, then amendments on the same ticket cannot be made. However, a new ticket can be issued under the plan purchased from Alpfly. Subsequently, your package ticket balance too, would get updated.
Alpfly Member can cancel the membership at any time within 21 days of purchase.
Cancellation can be done only by Alpfly Member from the registered account ID or contact number. Cancellation request can also be done through Alpfly login id.
Once plan is purchased, and no ticket is issued, then 90% of the package amount will be refundable, rest 10% is the cancellation fee.
Once plan is purchased and any ticket is issued, then the entire plan is non-refundable.
Once ticket is made and PNR is provided to you, the ticket becomes nonrefundable in case of cancellation.
Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 10 to 15 days.
Members can carry baggage and their personal belongings as per Airlines Rules and Regulations.
