TERM OF USE

We offer you access to our MEMBERSHIP PORTAL where you can manage your travel & hotel booking with your own distinct username & Password. We collect personal information such as Name, Contact Information, Mailing Address etc, voluntarily submitted by you as a MEMBER.

If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. The information provided by you as MEMBER is kept secured. You, by logging in or using this website agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately, if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided while registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the Your Account area of the website www.alpfly.com

Member should be responsible for all transactions made under his/her name or account.

Member must be 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity.

Member should provide all the information with best of his knowledge and acceptance.

www.alpfly.com cannot be used for speculative, false or fraudulent bookings. The transmission of threatening, defamatory, pornographic, political or racist material or any material that is otherwise unlawful or offensive via this website is expressly prohibited.

Hotel plans are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and the customer can utilize all the 10 hotel nights in 12 months only.

There are no hidden charges. Prices are all inclusive of taxes and charges.

All 10 Nights Hotel stay will be issued on the registered name only.

Customer can utilize maximum 2 nights a month, in any of the 18 cities mentioned below.

The customer has to raise a hotel booking request prior 7 days, and Confirmed Hotel Voucher will be issued before 48 hours of check-in date.

Hotel plan entitles registered customer for a complimentary buffet breakfast along with single/double occupancy.

The customer can book the date of his/her choice and it is our duty to make you stay and provide you a Confirmed Hotel Voucher on your preferred date.

Under hotel plans, we do not offer any specific Hotel of your choice. However, you’ll definitely be provided with a stay in 3/4/5 Star Hotels in the city zone of your choice and on the preferred dates.

Hotel bookings will not be made for any Gazetted Holidays/Festive dates. However, bookings can be done for a stay, which is 2 days prior & 2 days after, to any Gazetted Holidays/Festive dates.

At the time of check-in, the Guest/s will have to present their ID proof along with Confirmed Hotel Voucher at the Hotel reception, upon request.

Once a Customer registers for this plan, then he/she or they can only place booking requests under their names only. This plan or any stay under the plan is non-transferable to any other person within family, or anyone else. No one else, other than the people registered under the plan will be permissible booking and stay in a Hotel.

Due to unavoidable circumstances if Alpfly inventory does not depict or portray any star on your requested check-in date, then in this circumstance the apportion voucher amount will be refunded from the respective plan with the voucher deduction

Registration

Please complete the registration by just filling a simple form available at www.alpfly.com.

Modes of Payment

Members do not have to worry about the card information getting into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the transaction directly without any information passing to us. Modes are mentioned below:

Online Payments are processed through an online payment gateway system for the following:

  • Debit Card

  • Credit Card - Customer can utilize the EMI options of the leading banks like HDFC, ICICI & Kotak Bank.

  • Bank Transfer – It can be done through NEFT / RTGS.

Cash (Collection/Deposit).

Cheque (Collection/Deposit/Courier) – Customer will be entitled to use the plan once the Cheque gets honoured.

  • **Collection charges for every cash/Cheque would be Rs 150.

  • **Collection is applicable only in Delhi/NCR.

Payment Confirmation

Alpfly Member can utilize the services once the payment has been confirmed. If you do not receive any confirmation from Alpfly within 24 hours, please feel free to contact our customer care at 1800 – 121 – 2199 or mail us at customercare@alpfly.com.

Amendments

Alpfly Members have access to perform modifications and cancellation to their travel itinerary for which they had made a booking request till the hotel booking is not been issued by self, using your Alpfly member login on www.alpfly.com. You can yourself go ahead and perform any change in booking requests or cancellation of non-issued Hotel bookings, on-line.

Once you have placed a booking request, then any amendment to the same would attract minimum processing charge. These charges would appear once you click on “Modify your Booking” which would cost you INR 499 only for any postponement in your travel date or “Cancel your Booking” which will cost you INR 999 only from “View Hotel booking” page. Using these Tabs, you will be able to amend or cancel your booked requests till the hotel booking is not been issued.

Cancellation Policy

Alpfly Member can cancel the Hotel Packages membership at any time within 21 days of purchase.

Once plan is purchased, and no hotel booking is issued, then 90% of the package amount will be refundable, rest 10% is the cancellation fee.

Once plan is purchased and any hotel booking is issued, then the entire plan is non-refundable.

Once hotel booking requested from the portal, our executive will contact the member and will inform on the hotels available in the selected zones and the dates. On confirmation, the hotel booking is done. Once the confirmations are made it becomes non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Refund will be processed through the same online mode.

If any Disputes occurs, would be handled under the Delhi Jurisdiction

Dispute shall be resolved by way of arbitration. A sole arbitrator shall be appointed by the Alpfly Pvt. Ltd. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
